Over the past two years, Mike has supported Russ on exhilarating treks to diverse destinations, including the Balkans, Morocco, Pyrenees, and Galicia. Despite being the Managing Director of a prominent company in Yorkshire, Mike humbly steps back to allow his family to take the lead, embodying a pragmatic and solution-oriented approach to life. With his common-sense attitude and knack for making things happen, Mike adds a touch of reliability and practicality to any adventure.

With a diverse background working alongside prestigious organizations such as the PSNI, UK military, GB Olympic Security, and international military and law enforcement agencies, Ben brings a wealth of expertise to every assignment.

Anthony Cole, known affectionately as ‘Ant’, has harboured a passion for 4WD vehicles, with a particular fondness for Land Rovers since his youth. His fascination ignited when his uncle introduced him to a Series 2A and one of the inaugural 2-Door Range Rovers in 1970. This early exposure sparked a lifelong enthusiasm, leading him to own a multitude of Discoverys and Defenders.

Tom Johnston made his mark as the inaugural reporter for the esteemed national motoring magazine Auto Express. His journey within the publication saw him ascend to News Editor and Associate Editor positions, contributing significantly to its editorial prowess. Beyond the realm of print journalism, Tom served as the motoring correspondent for the Daily Star before joining Jeep to head up their PR department.

Richard’s journey into the realm of 4×4 and off-road adventures ignited at the age of 16, culminating in purchasing his inaugural 4×4, a Classic 3-door Range Rover, by the time he turned 18. From there, he delved deeper into the world of off-road exploration, transitioning from green-laning escapades to engaging in RTV trials and CCV trials and ultimately finding himself immersed in Comp Safari racing aboard a Bowler Tomcat.

Paul’s journey began in a rental Ford Explorer, exploring Utah’s expansive landscapes when he lived in the USA. Returning to the UK, he embarked on adventures around Yorkshire with Russ in 2011. His modified Wrangler JKU reflects his passion for 4×4 vehicles. A digital whiz and meticulous route planner, Paul supports our business with technical expertise. He’s also an Infor SunSystems Support Consultant.

Damian is a dedicated Mountain Rescue Team Member and NHS professional, blending medical expertise with 4WD proficiency. He excels in emergency medical care and adeptly navigates treacherous terrains day or night. Damian’s command and control abilities ensure effective crisis response, safeguarding lives in remote and challenging environments.

Andy founded Jeepey in 1999. After modifying his own Jeep Wrangler TJ, others asked Andy to help them modify theirs. Jeepey.com was soon born, and he transformed his passion into a thriving business. Over time, Jeepey has evolved into a premier destination for Jeep aficionados, offering an extensive array of aftermarket and replacement parts and new Jeep sales that have the Jeepey touch. Today, Andy’s business is a one-stop shop for all Jeep enthusiasts and is highly respected in the Jeep community.

A schoolboy obsession with the Willys Jeep and a couple of years in Yemen led John to quit his secure job in the MOD and start on the ‘road less travelled’. Since then, he has lived, worked, and played in over 50 countries, leading treks and expeditions on foot, by camel, and truck—preferably one with two diffs—in the mountains, jungles, and deserts of Asia and Africa.
